Quantum Energy Wellness Bed Warranty

Quantum Med Tech LLC (Herein referred to as “QMT”) warrants your unit to be free of structural defects in its material and workmanship, under normal use. Quantum Med Tech will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defect to the structure which affects the performance of the unit.

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage incurred in transit, or damage done by unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered by this warranty.

QMT warrants all our equipment to be free from defects.

Five-year warranty includes:

● Titanium metal sheet
● Heat control potentiometer
● Bluetooth on/off switch
● Amplifier
● Speakers

QMT’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of any defective part without charge for that part, at QMT's discretion, with the following limitations:

● This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser appearing on the sales receipt and is non-transferable.
● This product is designed for indoor use by one person at a time. Maximum weight limit: 300 lbs.
● Only original QMT replacement parts may be used.
● An authorized QMT service representative must complete or administer all repairs.
● This warranty does not cover transportation and shipment charges on warranty replacement parts.

QMT refuses any responsibility for transportation of the product. QMT further refuses any responsibility for injury resulting from the failure of equipment or parts manufactured by QMT due to incorrect installation or operation. QMT shall not be liable for loss or damages caused either directly or indirectly from the use of its products. This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged because of accident, misuse, abuse, or because of service or modification by anyone other than an QMT representative.

This warranty does not apply to any failure of parts or products due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the specified electrical requirements. Such occurrences immediately VOID this warranty.

How to Obtain Service

If it becomes necessary to replace a warranty part, proof of purchase indicated on your order receipt with device serial number is required to obtain warranty service.
