Can I make changes to my order?
Due to our super fast fulfillment — same day if the order is received before 9AM CT — it is very rare that we will be able to make any changes to orders once they have been placed.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel the current order so you can place a new one. However, once an order has been processed, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Please contact our support team to request a cancellation.
We highly recommend being mindful as you place your orders to avoid heartache, disappointment, or any fulfillment issues.
In particular, we recommend double checking the items in the cart, the shipping address, and the billing address to ensure everything is correct.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive automated emails as it moves through the process.

Discounts & Free Gifts
Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter your discount code on the main shopping cart page to ensure your discount will be applied. Do not enter your discount code on the white-colored checkout page.
What happens if I add my discount code on the checkout page instead of the shopping cart?
If your order is over $100, any shipping discounts you have qualified for will be invalid.
Do you offer discounted shipping?
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $100 USD and international orders over $200 USD.
I qualified for the free gift and added a 10% off discount code. Why does the shopping cart show my savings are greater than 10%?
The shopping cart calculates your total % savings based on ALL items in your cart, including the cost of the free gift item.

When will my order ship?
Orders that are received before 9am CT are same day shipping. We ship Monday - Friday.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For US orders we have 3 options:
1. UPS Mail Innovations - flat fee for packages up to 2lbs.
2. Fedex Ground
3. Fedex One Rate (2 day)
You can select your preferred carrier with the associated cost and speed at checkout.
For International orders:
1. We use DHL Express Worldwide
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally!
Depending on your location, you may be required to pay taxes and duties when retrieving your package. This is because when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order and VST does not have any responsibility for the additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the USA), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the USA, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

How fast is shipping?
Shipping carriers will experience delays of up to two weeks during peak shopping times:
Domestic orders are sent via:
1. UPS Mail Innovations - flat fee for packages up to 2lbs (2-5 day transit)
2. Fedex Ground (approximately 3-7 days)
3. Fedex One Rate (2 day)
You can select your preferred carrier with the associated cost and speed at checkout.
For International orders:
1. We use DHL Express Worldwide. DHL DDU International Standard dependent on the country.
Where is my order?
If you received a “Your Order Is On Its Way!” email, this means your order is in transit. The best way to check the status is to use the tracking number on your order confirmation email or contact the shipping carrier directly. If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact us.
Account
Do I need an account to shop on VST?
An account is not required. Creating a VST account is optional for those who want to have a faster checkout experience.
What sort of info do you store?
We use third party services for payment, so we never store your credit cards or payment info.
