1. Acceptance of These Terms

While we strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and other information are accurate, occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice.

Availability of products and services is not guaranteed.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Void Space Technologies.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal requirements, safety concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.

If payment has been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and provide any refund required by applicable law.

Ownership of physical products transfers once payment has been received in full and the order has been shipped or otherwise delivered in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other governmental fees may apply depending on your location.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Void Space Technologies or its payment providers to process your payment.

If installment or recurring payment options are offered, the applicable terms will be presented separately.

7. No Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review product information carefully and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

Any exception granted by Void Space Technologies is made at our sole discretion and does not establish a continuing obligation or precedent.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.

Void Space Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

Additional shipping or handling charges may apply where shipments are returned or require reshipment due to incorrect information or circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import requirements, duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Product Information and Appropriate Use

Information relating to our products and services is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or service is suitable for their individual circumstances.

Products should be used only in accordance with the instructions and documentation provided by Void Space Technologies.

Improper use, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions may void applicable warranties or limit the support we are able to provide.

10. Educational Information and No Medical Advice

Void Space Technologies provides wellness-related products, technologies, educational resources, and programs intended to support general wellness, education, and personal development.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all information provided through our websites, products, services, educational materials, videos, webinars, newsletters, customer communications, and other content is for informational and educational purposes only.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant Void Space Technologies a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, distribute, and display that content in connection with our business.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content at our discretion.

Those services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Void Space Technologies is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

18. Disclaimers

Except where expressly stated in writing, Void Space Technologies disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free content, or any particular outcome from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void Space Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of our websites, products, or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

USD $500; or

The amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Void Space Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
  
• Your misuse of our websites, products, or services;
  
• Your violation of applicable law;
  
• Your infringement of another person's rights; or
  
• Your User Content.
  

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

21. Force Majeure

Void Space Technologies is not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labour disputes, utility failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.

Where reasonably practicable, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through negotiation and, where appropriate, mediation.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and each party submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, technologies, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms become effective on the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this document. Your continued use of our websites, products, or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (where applicable), and any additional written agreements between you and Void Space Technologies, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of our websites, products, and services and supersede all prior understandings relating to their subject matter.

25. Electronic Communications

By interacting with Void Space Technologies electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically where permitted by law.

You agree that electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, invoices, receipts, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

26. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision or any other right.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
