Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Text Messaging Terms”) govern participation in text messaging programs operated by Void Space Technologies, LLC (“VST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to a VST text messaging program, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
Text messages may be sent by SMS, MMS, or similar mobile messaging technology. The specific messages you receive depend on the consent you provide and your interactions with VST.
2. Consent and Message Types
We send text messages where you have provided the required consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Messages may include:
- Transactional and service messages, such as inquiry responses, appointment reminders, customer-support communications, order confirmations, payment or account notices, shipping updates, and other messages related to a request or transaction.
- Marketing messages, such as product and program announcements, educational content, promotions, event invitations, and other offers for which you have opted in.
Marketing messages may be recurring and may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to the program, your preferences, and your interactions with VST. VST does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier and service plan.
4. Opting Out and Getting Help
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a VST text message. We also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate your desire to stop messages, including standard replies such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or a request sent to support@voidspacetech.org. If you contact us by email, include the mobile number you want removed.
We will process opt-out requests as soon as practicable and no later than 10 business days after receipt, or sooner where required by applicable law. We may send one non-marketing message confirming that your request has been processed or clarifying the scope of your request.
After your request has been processed, we will not send further text messages covered by your opt-out request unless you provide new consent.
Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel an order, appointment, program, payment obligation, or other transaction. You may continue to receive non-marketing messages only where they are outside the scope of your opt-out request and otherwise permitted by applicable law.

5. Your Mobile Number
By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You are responsible for providing an accurate number.
If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish your mobile number, please opt out before doing so or notify VST promptly so that messages are not sent to a new user of the number.
6. Delivery, Carriers, and Program Availability
Message delivery depends on your mobile device, carrier, network availability, and other factors outside VST’s control. Delivery is not guaranteed, and VST and mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.
VST may change the telephone number, short code, messaging provider, or technology used for a program. If a sending number changes, messages sent to an old number may not be received. VST may also modify, suspend, or discontinue a text messaging program at any time.
VST text messaging is not an emergency or clinical service. Do not use it to request urgent medical, safety, or emergency assistance.
7. Privacy
Information collected through VST’s text messaging programs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share mobile information with service providers that help us operate the program, subject to appropriate use and confidentiality restrictions.
VST does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes without the individual’s specific consent.
8. Changes to These Text Messaging Terms
We may update these Text Messaging Terms from time to time. Updated terms apply prospectively from the Last Updated date shown above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before applying a material change to your participation.
