Refund policy

1. Overview

Void Space Technologies, LLC ("VST," "we," "us," or "our") offers Wellness Products, specialized wellness technologies, and personalized programs. Because these offerings differ in how they are prepared, fulfilled, and used, cancellation, return, and refund eligibility varies by offering.

This Policy applies to purchases made through voidspacetech.org or through an authorized VST sales process. More specific terms presented on a product page, sales order, quotation, invoice, checkout, program agreement, guarantee, or warranty form part of this Policy and govern the applicable purchase.

Change-of-mind requests are treated differently from orders that are damaged, incorrect, missing, defective, non-conforming, or not delivered. Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded. For European Union provisions in this Policy, a "consumer" means an individual acting for purposes outside that person’s trade, business, craft, or profession.

The rules above are subject to statutory consumer rights that apply to a purchase, including the European Union right of withdrawal described in Section 5.

3. Cancelling an Order

To request a routine order cancellation, contact support@voidspacetech.org or qewb@voidspacetech.org, as applicable, as soon as possible and include your name, order number, and offering. A routine cancellation request is not effective until VST confirms acceptance in writing.

This routine cancellation process is separate from any statutory right of withdrawal. Where a statutory right applies, including the European Union right described in Section 5, the customer may exercise that right in the manner and within the period required by applicable law.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate a request before fulfillment begins. For Wellness Products, cancellation success may be limited because orders move quickly into fulfillment. Cancellation may no longer be available after an order has been released for fulfillment, personalized, coded, prepared, packed, shipped, or scheduled for specialized delivery. If VST accepts a routine cancellation, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If VST cannot ship merchandise within the promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised timeframe, accepting an equivalent substitute where appropriate, or cancelling the affected unshipped item for a refund.

4. Returns and Refunds by Offering

Wellness Products

Unless a product page or written offer states otherwise, Wellness Products are final sale upon full payment. VST may attempt a routine cancellation before fulfillment as described in Section 3, but does not otherwise accept change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges. This rule is subject to any statutory consumer right that applies to the purchase, including the European Union right of withdrawal described in Section 5, and does not prevent review of an incorrect, missing, damaged, defective, non-conforming, or undelivered order.

Quantum Energy Wellness Bed (QEWB)

Eligible QEWB purchases made directly from VST are covered by VST's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The complete eligibility requirements, return conditions, customer responsibilities, excluded charges, and refund terms are provided in the QEWB sales documentation and VST's Warranty & Product Guarantees Policy and should be reviewed before purchase. Any applicable statutory consumer right is separate from and in addition to the commercial guarantee unless applicable law provides otherwise.

To request consideration under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the original purchaser must contact qewb@voidspacetech.org within the applicable 30-day period and receive written return authorization before arranging return shipment or collection. The guarantee is separate from any warranty covering defects, repair, replacement, or ongoing product performance and does not limit statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ELUUMIS Programs

ELUUMIS Program purchases are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable after full payment as VST’s ordinary commercial rule. ELUUMIS devices may be individually allocated, coded, or prepared for the participant, and program preparation may begin promptly after purchase. Accordingly, VST does not ordinarily accept a change-of-mind cancellation, return, exchange, transfer, or refund because of scheduling concerns, non-participation, or dissatisfaction with an individual experience or outcome.

These terms remain subject to mandatory consumer rights. Where an exception to a statutory withdrawal right applies because goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or because a service or digital-content exception has been validly triggered, the exception will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. A device that arrives damaged, is delivered incorrectly, or has a confirmed defect or non-conformity will be reviewed under the applicable delivery, legal-right, warranty, repair, replacement, or refund process.

Quantum Battery, CrystalPhi Blanket, and Other Offerings

The applicable cancellation, return, refund, guarantee, or warranty terms for the Quantum Battery, CrystalPhi Blanket, and other offerings will be displayed on the relevant product page or sales documentation before purchase. Those offering-specific terms form part of this Policy and remain subject to any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. European Union Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Eligibility and Timing

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase from VST through an eligible distance or off-premises contract to which applicable European Union consumer law applies, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions and any longer period required by applicable national law. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the period generally begins when the last item is received. For service contracts, the period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded. If VST does not provide the legally required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended as provided by applicable law.

5.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, you must inform VST of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may send a clear statement to support@voidspacetech.org, use the model withdrawal form below, or use the online withdrawal function made available on voidspacetech.org where required by applicable law. A withdrawal is timely if the communication is sent before the applicable period expires. For distance contracts concluded through an online interface, VST will provide any online withdrawal function required by applicable European Union law. Where required, the function will be prominently displayed and easily accessible throughout the withdrawal period and will allow the consumer to submit the information needed to identify the consumer and contract. VST will acknowledge an electronically submitted withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium.

5.3 Returning Goods and Return Costs

If the right of withdrawal applies to goods, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing VST of the withdrawal, unless VST agrees to collect them or applicable law provides otherwise. Unless VST agrees to bear the cost or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if VST informed you of that responsibility before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, VST will provide the return cost or a reasonable estimate before purchase where required by law.

5.4 Reimbursement

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, VST will reimburse the payments required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. For sales of goods, VST may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Required reimbursement includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by VST, but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method. Reimbursement will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law.

5.5 Handling, Services, and Exceptions

You are responsible only for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If you expressly request that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied before you communicate withdrawal, where applicable law permits. The right of withdrawal for a service may cease after full performance only where the legally required express request, consent, and acknowledgment conditions have been satisfied. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies. Depending on the offering and circumstances, exceptions may include goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; certain digital content supplied without a tangible medium after performance has begun with the required prior consent and acknowledgment; and services that have been fully performed under the legally required conditions. The existence of a VST final-sale rule does not itself create a statutory exception.

5.6 Optional Model Withdrawal Form

Optional Model Withdrawal Form — complete and send this only if you wish to withdraw from an eligible contract. You may instead use any other clear statement or the applicable online withdrawal function.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, Missing, or Undelivered Orders

Please inspect your delivery promptly. Report a damaged shipment, incorrect item, missing component, suspected defect or non-conformity, or undelivered order to support@voidspacetech.org or qewb@voidspacetech.org, as applicable, as soon as reasonably possible and, where practicable, within 7 calendar days after delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where relevant. This requested reporting period does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, accessories, and related materials until our review is complete. Do not return an item without written authorization and return instructions from VST.

Depending on the circumstances, applicable law, carrier findings, and any guarantee or warranty, VST may provide missing components, repair, replacement, reshipment, refund, price reduction, or another appropriate remedy. When VST authorizes a return because of its fulfillment error, confirmed transit damage, a covered defect, or another circumstance for which VST is legally responsible, VST will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping unless other written terms or applicable law provide otherwise.

7. Requesting Assistance and Refund Processing

For a cancellation, return, refund, delivery issue, statutory withdrawal, guarantee claim, or warranty question, contact support@voidspacetech.org or qewb@voidspacetech.org, as applicable. Include your full name, order number where applicable, offering, delivery date where applicable, and a clear description of your request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless applicable law or the payment arrangement requires another method. For routine VST-approved cancellations or returns, VST will generally initiate an approved refund within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval or, where a return is required, after the authorized item is received and reviewed. Where an applicable statutory right requires a different reimbursement timeframe or procedure, including the European Union right of withdrawal described in Section 5, that statutory requirement will control. Your financial institution or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Unless the applicable guarantee, warranty, written offer, VST error, statutory right of withdrawal, or other applicable law states otherwise, completed shipping, specialized delivery, installation, customs, expedited-service, and similar charges are non-refundable. Where an EU statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option will be handled as described in Section 5.

This Policy should be read together with VST's Shipping & Delivery Policy, Warranty & Product Guarantees Policy, Terms of Service, and any offering-specific sales or program terms provided before purchase. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be waived, the mandatory right will control to the extent of the conflict.
