What is a Template Test?
✨ The first 5 days of every month are known as a “template test.”
✨ During this time, the energy of the entire month is downloaded into you— all of this month's challenges will be available within the first 5 days.
✨ It's known as a "test" because, by creating space to listen, you can learn all of the month’s lessons in just 5 days.
✨ Any lessons you don’t integrate during this phase will show up for you to learn in the physical world.

An Spiritual CLEP Test
📚 Back in the day, if you didn’t want to take English 101, you could take a “CLEP Test.”
🧠 A CLEP is a standardized test you can take to demonstrate your knowledge in a certain area.
🕊️ If you pass the English 101 CLEP Test, you prove you already understand English 101, and you no longer have to take the course
💭 If you don’t pass the test, it shows you still have some English 101 lessons to learn, so you continue to study English 101 throughout the year.
⚡ Template tests are like an energetic CLEP test: An opportunity to learn your lessons in advance so that life’s tests are easier to handle throughout the month.
How to Master Your Template Test
Jason designed a practice for the first 5 days of the month to help us navigate template tests:
⏰ Set a Timer: Just 5 minutes. That's all it takes.
❤️ Set an Intention: Simply focus on working with your monthly template.
💭 Meditate: Whether it's silent meditation, journaling, or any form of reflection that resonates with you, use these 5 minutes to connect with your inner self.
🤸♂️ Move. By doing 1-33 jumping jacks after your session, you can bring the energetic information into your body so that it can be processed in the physical.

P.S. If you don't have the physical capability to do jumping jacks, you can do this in your head. We invite you to close your eyes and imagine yourself doing those jumping jacks — this will create a similar experience.
