    To answer this question, we went to our community…

    🔎 We released daily prompts, daily Instagram polls, and sparked dozens of DM conversations.

    The question: what are tools that YOU use to connect with and embody the feeling of love?

    ❤️‍🔥 The result: 3 meditations, 7 gratitudes, 8 perspectives, 15 practices, and 34 songs that you can use to use to experience life more fully.

    What’s Inside?

    💪 15 Practices. A collection of physical practices that the VST community is using to embody feelings of love**.**

    🌈 3 Guided Meditations. Some peeps use guided meditations to radiate feelings of love. In the PDF, we linked some of their go-to resources.

    🎸 34 Songs. We asked our community about songs that can inspire feelings of love. In the kit, we attached links to all 34 songs, and compiled them into an Infinite Love Playlist on YouTube.

    💭 8 Perspectives. A collection of thoughts, quotes, and perspectives that help the VST community remember the state of love.

    ✨ 7 Gratitudes. On February 10th, we asked our community about reasons they had to be grateful. In the resource kit, we overview their responses.

    💌 1 Invitation. We are continuing the celebration of love throughout the rest of the month. In the resource guide you can find an invite to a special surprise.

    Bonus: VST Vibe Session on February 23rd

    Valentines Day is a representation of our capacity to channel love into a certain day of the year.
